Two Farmers’ Field Days: The latest on Renosterveld research

Farmers can find out about the latest Renosterveld research at two Farmers’ Field Days taking place in September in the Overberg.

Researchers from the University of Cape Town have teamed up with the Overberg Renosterveld Conservation Trust and Landbouweekblad, to host the field days on Tuesday and Wednesday, 2 & 3 October 2018.

The aim is to support farmers to manage their natural landscapes with the latest knowledge and information on Renosterveld.

The informal get-together will encourage discussion between farmers and researchers, centred on Renosterveld management, in particular questions around grazing, fire and watercourse restoration.

Here’s what farmers can expect.
